- How to post my products on Superbid?
- Log-in to your Lelong account & prepare a "Standard Auction" postings for your product. Info to be insert in the posting:
- Title & description
- Warranty
- 2 photos
- Starting price: default to RM1 with no reserve price
- Shipping fees
- Select "Yes, list my product in Superbid"
- All postings must be completed with product description and image & submitted to Superbid before Thursday 1PM (posting for Superbid Charity has to submit before 04/05/2011, Wednesday 1PM.)
- Superbid review committee will shortlisted postings
- Approved postings will be listed in Superbid page on Monday before 12PM
Please take note:
- You must prepare product photos, detail and accurate descriptions and necessary supplementary information or videos (if you have). Superbid reserved the right to make necessary amendment on product title before listed on Superbid
- As similar products might be submitted by few sellers, only the best posting among all will be listed in Superbid
- We will not accept your posting if we do not agree with your shipping charges. Please note that all charges must be at reasonable price
- You need to have a lelong store to participate in this event
- What are the benefits I can get by listing my product in Superbid?
- Advertisement in newspapers, magazines, any other media (See Superbid in TheStar, every Wednesday)
- Featured banner at Lelong.my, which guarantee at least 40 millions pageview per month
- Promotions banner at other high ranking website in Malaysia, including ads in Google & Facebook
- How does Superbid work?
- Superbid will run for TWICE on every Wednesday which is 12am to 12pm++ and 2pm to 10pm++
- Superbid will start bidding from RM1
- Postings recruitment will be held from Wednesday 10:00 am and closed on Thursday 1:00 noon. Late comers will not be entertained
- Lelong.my store member's listing that had been approved will ONLY be listed under Wednesday 2PM - 10 PM section
- All auction in Superbid using dynamic bidding
- The closing time for auctioning items will be automatically extended if there are still bidding being placed at the end of auction
- The auction will only close if no newer bid is received for 2 minutes after the last bid is placed
- What's the minimum requirement?
- Only new, original and genuine products are accepted for Superbid
- Opened to Lelong.my store members only
- All approved products shall be on auction in Superbid from RM1 at no reserve price and quick grab
- Latest and unique products, which are not widely available, are preferred
- All products need to come with local warranty at reasonable time frame
- All supplied products have to be in new & original condition. We DO NOT accept open-box or demo set, unless the item requires testing prior to ship and supplier must inform us in advance. However, if buyer refuses to accept, it will be returned to seller. Please take note we have a strict policy on this matter to ensure the best quality of products are delivered to buyers including proper packaging
- Sellers must provide comprehensive, accurate and complete description of the products. No amendment is allow once posting submitted for Superbid
- Superbid will act as payment gateway provider. All payment from buyer shall be made to Superbid and payment will be transfer to seller's Safetrade account after buyer verifies purchase
- Sellers shall absorb the bank charges of 3.5% upon payment made by the buyer
- Sellers must be willing to ship the products directly to the end customers at an agreed shipping charge when it is requested by Superbid to do so
- Sellers must use a reliable courier service which required recipient acknowlegement, such as Poslaju and MUST obtain a tracking code that is entered into our system WITHIN 3 days after buyer made payment
- Prohibited items
- Replica: Grad A, AAA...etc...
- Look alike item
- Pre-order item
- Guns & firearms, martial arts & self-defense items
- Explosive & flammable items, disabling chemicals & other dangerous items
- Any other items which restricted / against Lelong.my posting policy
- How does Superbid pay to seller?
- All payments shall made by the highest bidder to Interbase Resources Sdn Bhd
- Shipment: Refer Minimum Requirement clause (10) & (11)
- Payment* will be transfer to seller's Safetrade account after buyer verifies purchase
- Sellers may withdraw their payment at anytime from Safetrade account, as long as there's a minimum balance of RM2 inside the account
Payment*: After deduction of bank charges (Minimum Requirement clause (9)
- Terms & Conditions
- You or any of your related personnel or staff is not allowed to bid on your products. Any manipulation found will result in immediate account suspension
- Superbid makes the final decision whether or not to accept your items. It is at our sole discretion even though your products fit the stated requirement for inclusion without giving any reasons
- Sellers are responsible for product warranty and quality. Superbid gives no representation or warranty with respect to the quality of the products or its suitability for any purpose
- Superbid bears no responsibility in resolving any disputes arising from product quality or warranty. Any disputes arising from whatever reason with regards to product warranty and quality shall be settled directly between highest bidder (buyer) and supplier
- All selling price will be at the highest bid won by the bidder. No seller shall amend the selling price after auction closed
- Any infringement will result in your exclusion for all future participation in our program
- We reserve the rights to amend or change the above requirements, terms and condition at anytime at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately and shall for all Superbid auction from the date of change

Only approved & successful postings which submitted before Thursday, 1PM, will be posted on Superbid in the following Monday for preview. Buyer can only bid your product two days later, on Wednesday 2PM - 10PM.
